- My goal is to help you transform your life from where it is right now to where you want it to be. Each session offers a safe environment to discuss and uncover your hidden challenges.
- We’ll develop strategies you can follow, focusing on strengthening your sense of confidence, empowerment and meeting your personal needs. My approach is eclectic, but much emphasis is placed on cognitive/behavioral therapy and body/mind modalities.
